Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice, 1/8 tsp ground cumin, 2 garlic cloves mashed, 2 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon,1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1 tbsp canola oil 2 cups water
Directions
fry the rice in the oil until light brown, then add water,and the rest of the ingredients (chicken bouillon, garlic cumin, tomato sauce). bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes or until done. makes approximately 8, 1 cup servings
