Ingredients
6 cups fresh black eyed peas2 ham hocks1 tsp. saltpinch pepper (to taste)
Directions
Put peas in crock pot with 5 cups water (enough to cover). Add ham hocks, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until done.

    In the crock pot? Well, I usually set it for 6-8 hours and then it automatically switches to WARM until we get home from work and ready to eat! :o)
