Ingredients
8 oz Almond milk (I make my own)1 banana1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup1/4 tsp cinnamon1 fresh peach or 5 - 8 frozen slices
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to your tastes.
Makes approximately one 12 oz serving.
