Carrot pumpkin muffins w/raisins

1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1 can pumpkin 15 oz3.5 tbls applesauce1/2 cup egg beaters1 cup shredded carrots1 cup splenda1/2 cup brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tbls vanilla1 tsp all spice1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ground cloves1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup cant believes its not butter lite2 small boxes of raisins....optional (minus -10 cals each w/o)
combine flours, baking powder and baking soda, along with all spices. set aside
then take, splenda, brownsugar, and butter and mix together, then add in eggs, applesauce, carrots and pumpkin. Blend with mixer, then add to other bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well, add vanilla and continue mixing. Bake 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees. Can put a topping of cream cheese on top....but that adds calories.
