HAVE READY:2 Cups of leftover COOKED rice....COMBINE, BEAT WELL AND ADD:3 Extra Large eggs, beaten1 1/2 cups SKIM MILK1/2 Cup of SPLENDA no calourie sweetner1/3 cup Craisins ( or raisins would work too)1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/8 tsp Salt

then wisk eggs and milk to blend, add other ingrediants...


Bake at 350 in a PAM sprayed Casserole dish for 60 minutes. Or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
