Ingredients
2 large eggs4 yolks of large eggslemon juice = 3 Tbs1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)extra light olive oil = 2 Cups
Directions
Add eggs, yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper into food processor.
Start the processor.
Slowly add a small amount of oil and let process for 10 seconds.
Slowly drizzle remaining oil in as processor continues to run.
Continue processing until mayonnaise is thick.
Makes about 3 cups
