Black Bean and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup black beans (Goya Black Beans, rinsed to reduce sodium)2 oz cooked chicken meat1/4 cup chicken broth2 Tbls Salsa1 Tbls grated parm cheese
Directions
This makes one serving. 1 bowl

Heat sauce pan
add: Chicken (cook for 30 sec), chicken broth, beans, (cook for 30 sec) add 2 tbls Salsa. (bring to boil)

Pour all into a serving bowl and add 1 Tbls grated cheese to top. (garnish with chives or green onion -optional)
