goat meat, mustard and canola oil, onions, ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, salt, chili powder, garam masala,coriander powder, cinnamon powder
Pressure cook the meat seperatly.
Thinly slice one of the onions and saute till golden brown and drain. Finely mince the other onion with the ginger and garlic paste. Add this mix to the oil and saute lightly. Add the previously sauted onion to the yougurt and also add the spices. When the sauteed onion is well-bhunofied (the oil has seperated from the masala) add the yougurt mix and cook again until the oil seperates. Add the meat with about a 1/4-cup of the coking liquid and put on dum (very low heat) for 8-10 minutes.
