Ingredients
150 g skinless boneless chicken breast1 tin chopped tomatoes1 onion1 courgette2 cloves garlic3 baby potatoes1/2 yellow pepper1/2 red pepper
Directions
chop all veg and chicken into smallish diced pieces
soften onion and chicken in water, add garlic
add other chopped veg adn tinned tomatoes and stew/simmer until cooked
