Ingredients
Russet Potato - by the oz - 16 servings = 1 pound, 32 oz ()Broccoli, fresh, 750 grams ()Half and Half Cream, 200 grams ()Nutmeg, ground (dash)Pepper, black, 1 dash ()
Directions
Peel potatoes, wash and slice thinly. Clean, wash Broccoli, divide buds into small pieces. Add to the Roemertopf in scale formation. Add the cream with spices on each layer. Put Roemertopf into cold oven and bake 45 minutes at 425 F degrees.
