Spelt, Grain, 1/2 cup, 3 serving ()Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) ()Egg, fresh, 3 cup (4.86 large eggs) ()Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup ()Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1.5 oz ()
Soak spelt overnight in the water. Beat eggs with the sour cream and Herbed salt (still trying to find this in the US. In the meantime using Sea Salt (1/4 Tsp) and some dried herbs. Add to the spelt grains. Add shredded cheese on top (trying out with Parmesan). Add to Roemertopf and put it in the cold oven and set on 425 F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Goes well with a green Salad with light vinegrate.
