Beer Batter Bread

Ingredients
3 cups Flour1 Tbsp baking powder3 Tbsp sugar1 Tsp salt1 12 oz bottle or can of beer1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the beer all at once, mixing as little as possible. The batter should be lumpy.

Pour into a 9x5x3" loaf pan and brush with melted butter. Bake 35-40 minutes

Makes 9 one inch slice servings.
