2 -Tbsp Franks red hot wing sauce2- Tbsp rice vineager1-Tsp brown sugarsalt to taste1- tomato sliced4- leafs lettuce1/2 avacado sliced1-cup corn flakes fine crumbs2 whole wheat tortillas
whisk toghether vinegar, hot sauce brown sugar and salt. Cut chicken breast into 4 strips place chicken strips into hot sauce mixture coat both sides and let mairnate 10 minutes. Place corn flakes into blender or food processer and finely chop. combine corn flakes and 1 tsp vegatable oil in and coat chicken with crumbs place on a rack in oven. Bake 12 minutes turning once during cooking. Warm tortillas, place lettuce on top with tomato and avacado top wih chicken and roll like a burrito.
