Zucchini Bread

3 c. ground/shredded zucchini3/4 c. brown sugar3/4 c. date sugar1/2 c. water1/3 c. olive oil1/3 c. applesauce4 eggs1 c. white flour2 1/3 c. wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cloves2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two loaf pans.
1) Mix first seven ingredients with a wisk.
2) Add all remaing ingredients and mix well
3) Pour into two loaf pans.
4) Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
5) Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Makes about 24 servings (12 slices per loaf). (We like large slices).
