Vegetarian Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients
2T Margarine2 T Flour1.5 C Milk� tsp Sage� tsp Marjoram� tsp Cayenne Red Pepper � tsp Pepper� tsp Salt1 cup crumblesBiscuits
Directions
Start biscuits according to your directions (homemade or store bought)
Make a rou by melting the margarine and mixing with flour. Add milk milk. Heat and break down flour clumps. Add spices. Add 'meat' crumbles. Make sure crumbles are cooked (about 5 minutes). Let cool for a few minutes (it will thicken here). Serve on top of biscuits.
I like a lot of gravy on my biscuits so it's enough for 3 very gravied biscuits.
I eat 1.5 biscuits.
