Beef Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 lb round steak,cut into 1/8"x2" strips1 med onion,sliced1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper6-7 cups water6 tsp beef bouillon4 med potatoes cut into 1"x1" pieces2 cups baby carrots6 oz Home style noodles
Directions
Brown steak strips; add next 5 ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
Add potatoes and carrots simmer 15 more minutes.
Add noodles and more water if needed and cook till noodles are done

May substitute 1 to 2 lbs chicken and chicken bouillon to
make Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup
Makes 8-10 1cup servings
