curry shrimp and potato

Ingredients
1 T canola oil3 cloves garlic1T curry powder1/2 cup water2 cup irish potato1 Tin curry channa/chickpeas1 pack shrimp
Directions
Put Canola Oil into hot pot with the garlic, let the garlic brown a little, then take it out. Mix the curry powder in the water and then add to oil. Throw in the potatoes and let cook for about five minutes on a low heat. Then add a tin of curry chickpea/channa. Let cook for another five minutes. By then add shrimp (seasoned to your likeness) and let simmer till shrimp is cooked.
