Andrea's Super Nutritional Cranberry Almond Granola

Ingredients
6 cups oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup Trader Joe's Dried Cranberries6 tbsp wheat germ1 cup sunflower seeds2/3 cup honey2/3 cup canola oil1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Toast oats for 10 minutes at 350.

Combine oats, almonds, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and cranberries in a bowl. Add oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.

Grease baking pan with spray. Add granola mixture. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring ever 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool in pan. Break into chunks and store in an air tight container.

*Hint* If you measure the oil first, the honey will come out of the measuring cup more easily.
