Pepper Steak

Ingredients
10 oz. sirloin steak, thin strips1 cup each of bell pepper & onions sliced2 cups mushrooms2-3 roma tomatoes, 1/4" slices3 garlic cloves, sliced or crushed2 tbsp. worcestershire saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
saute steak in pan, add veggies (except tomatoes) and saute on med-high temp for 8 min., turn down heat and add tomatoes and worcestershire sauce, and season to taste. simmer for another 5-6 minutes until tomatoes begin to fall apart. Serves 4
*excellent on a bed of rice or pasta, or Shiritake noodles for carb concious dieters.
