Milk, 1%, 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.25 cup Wheat germ, crude, 0.25 cup Cream of Wheat Cereal (Without Salt), 0.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp egg white, fresh, 3 largeStevia Liquid 40 drops
Heat the milk in a pan. Add all other ingredients except the egg whites, bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 or 6 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved. Let sit for a few minutes before incorporating the egg whites. You can use raw egg whites or the commercially available liquid pasteurized variety. Enjoy!
