Skillet Chicken Florentine EASY

Olive Oil2-3 Boneless Chicken breasts1, 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup heavy cream1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese3-4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
Heat skillet with olive oil and brown the chicken breasts on each side. Then remove from skillet.
Add more olive oil to the skillet, add spinach and garlic and stir for 2-3 mins. Then add the cream and the cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
Set the burner to low. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the skillet and then place the chicken breasts on top. Cover and simmer for about 15 mins.
Serve the chicken with the spinach on top, and crumbled bacon if desired.
