Whole marinated chicken

Ingredients
2 cups of orange juice1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce2 tbs of low sodium teriyaki sauce2 tbs olive oil1 WHOLE oven roaster chicken(season with salt, pepper and garlic powder)
Directions
combine all liquid ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic power

put chicken in a baking pan and pour mixture over chicken and place in oven
baste often
cook for 20 minutes per pound
