1 cup Silk Light plain soy milk1/2 cup Stoneyfield Farm low fat plain yogurt2 packets Splenda1/2 c. sliced frozen bananas1/2 cup frozen sliced or whole unsweetened strawberries
Directions
Put all ingredients into smoothie maker and process. Makes 1 meal size serving or 2 snack size servings.
