Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour 2 t baking powder 1 t baking soda 1/4 t cinnamon 1/4 t nutmeg 1/4 t salt 1/3 cup apple sauce3/4 cup mashed bananas 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup honey
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients. Mash banana and add apple sauce, water and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or in greased muffin tins for 20-25 minutes.
