Spiced Coffee

4 fl oz espresso or very strong coffee1 cup milk, nonfat1 tsp brown sugar, packed1/4 tsp cardamom, ground
Directions
Add the cardamom and brown sugar to the milk and heat. Whip with a whisk until frothy. Add the espresso and serve hot.
