Ingredients
*Sacralose Sweetner (measures cup for cup like sugar) 2cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed *Flour, white, 1.5 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed Egg, fresh, 1 large egg white, fresh, 2 large egg white, fresh, 1 large Olive Oil, .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together. add the wet ingredients mix well pour into 24 muffin cups or 2 loaf pans or 12 muffin cups and 1 loaf pan how ever you desire.
Bake muffins for aprox 25-30 min
or bake loafs for aprox30-40 min
makes 24 servings
