Quick Somen Pad Thai

Ingredients
1 bundle dry Somen Japanese noodles (3 oz)1 C chopped carrots1 C snap peas2 C frozen salad shrimp (5oz thawed, drained weight)2 T Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai Sauce
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Add shrimp during last 30 seconds. Drain and chill in cold running water.

Saute carrots and snap peas in spray oil until tender. Add noodles with shrimp and Pad Thai sauce and stirfry until combined and hot.

Serves 2.
