Weight Watchers Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 lb ground sirloin1/2 cup diced onion1 cup bbq sauce (we like Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle)1 tbsp white vinegar1/2 cup water2 1/2 tsp mustard5 reduced-calorie whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted (we like Holsum Lite Whole Wheat buns)
Directions
Cook beef & onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Add bbq sauce, vinegar, and water; reduce heat, and simmer 7-8 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.

Spread 1/2 tsp of mustard on bottom half of each bun; top each with 2/3 cup meat mixture. Cover with top halves of buns. Yield: 5 servings (1 serving=1 sandwich)
