Chipotle Cashew Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients
16 ounces Shrimp2 Tsp Steak Seasoning2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Large, onion, sliced4 Cloves Garlic, minced1 C. Frozen Peas1 Bunch Cilantro, dices2 Tbsp. Honey2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce diced1 Cup Cashew Nuts, unsalted1 Yellow Peppers, sliced1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin1 Tbsp Maple Syrup2 Cups Water Chestnuts, Sliced
Directions
1. In large skillet brown shrimp in cooking spray - sprinkle with steak seasoning. Pour soy sauce and toss.
2. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
4. Add cumin, chipotle peppers, frozen peas, water chestnuts, and honey. Stir. Let cook another 3-5 mins.
5. Add cilantro and maple syrup.
6. Turn off heat and toss in cashews.
