Jason's Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/2 Sweet red pepperhandful enoki mushrooms5 large oyster mushrooms1 cup green onions, chopped2 cups bean sprouts2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tsp soy sauce1 fair-sized flank steak4 cups Chow Mein noodles (cooked)
Directions
Cut up steak into thin strips (across the grain) and marinade in your favourite sauce (not included in recipe) for about an hour. Set large pot of water to boil. Chop up all vegetables. In a very large (and deep) frying pan or wok, cook steak thoroughly on med-high heat then add veggies. Toss noodles into boiling water. Cover veggies and simmer 5 mins until cooked. Drain cooked noodles and add to frying pan. Add sauces and toss like a salad. Serve immediately. Makes 4 generous portions.
