Ingredients:Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedContadina Tomato Sauce, .75 cup Shoprite Canned Black Beans, 3.5 cup Ground Coriander, 1 tspGround Cumin, 1 tspSalt and Pepper to tasteRosemary Leaves, 1 tbsGarlic Powder to taste
Directions
Saute all vegetables then add beans about halfway through. Simmer 5 minutes the add a the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes then serve.
