Valerie's Buffalo Burgers

Ingredients
Ground Buffalo Meat, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop the onion up and mash it in with the ground buffalo meat. Add grated garlic and worcestershire sauce.

Mix in salt and pepper to taste

Break it into four burgers

Broil it in the oven or throw it in the grill until cooked to your taste.
