Ingredients
2 slices wholegrain (vogels if you have it) toast - toasted twice.68g chunky tuna in water - drained. This is half a can of tuna10g light mayo15g feta cheese4-5 cherry tomatoes6-8 cucumber slicespepper
Directions
1. Put your bread slices in the toaster!

2. Mix your up your tuna and mayo really well.

3. Cut your tomatoes in half, slice your cucumber and then cut the strips into slices.

4. Put your toast through the toaster again if you like it really crispy so it won't go soggy!

5. Once your toast is done, smoosh your tuna onto the toast thinly so it reaches the edge of the toast. Top with cherry tomatoes and crumbles of feta cheese. Add pepper if you like, but no salt because the feta is salty enough.

6. Pop into the microwave for 20 seconds or under your broiler for a minute until the feta is looking a bit melted.

7. Top with your little cucumber slices and enjoy!
