Sizzling Garlic Shrimp

1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1 Tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper1 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)4 Tbsp smart balance light buttery spreadjuice of 1/2 large fresh lemon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place ceramic or metal serving dish in oven while preparing shrimp. Heat olive oil in skillet over med heat. Saute sliced garlic, stirring frequenly until lightly browned and fragrant.
Add crushed red pepper flakes. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and add to skillet, turning to coat. Cook until just pink (about 4 - 5 min) stirring frequently. Add buttery spread to skillet. remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Transfer to hot serving dish for "sizzle". serve with crustly whole wheat bread for dipping.
