Filling--1 pound Ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped1 (14oz.) jar spaghetti or marinara sauce 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese part skim, shreddedCRUST:1 cup skim Milk1/2 cup egg beaters1 tsp. corn oil1 cup Flour1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)
Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown ground turkey and onion until meat is done, drain. Add sauce, heat through.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix milk, egg beaters, oil, and flour till smooth. Add cheese. Pour over top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 10-12 equal pieces.
