-1 pound of lean ground beef-.25 cup chopped red or orange bell pepper-.5 onion chopped-2 egg whites-salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste
Mix beef, bell pepper, onion, egg whites, and seasoning. Once mixed make 5 same size patties. I cook 2 patties at a time in pam spray and 1 tsp of olive oil (oil amounts are not included in nutrition facts). Your meat may fall apart easily, so you can add bread crumbs, but do not include if going gluten free. Cook beef patties for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve!
