Ingredients
3 onions1 leek2 sticks of celerystock cube1.5l watersalt and pepperthyme freshsage freshbay leavesvemouth
Directions
Chop all vegetables, place in pan and sweat with vermouth then add bay leaves and herbs.
Add water and stock cube,leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove bay leaves, season and blend
