Black Bean and Rice Wrap

Ingredients
1/4 c Long Grain Brown Rice (Cooked)1/4 c Black Beans1/4 c Seasoned Diced canned Tomatoes( I like the Italian)1 1/2teas Onion Powder1 1/2tsps Garlic Powder1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning(Tones) or to tasteFlatout Light origanal Flat Bread 100% whole wheat1/4 cup Diced onion (oppional)
Directions
Cook Rice add onion to rice 1/2 way through so is softened,also adds alittle flavor to Rice. After rice is cooked and onion softened, add rest of the ingrediants and heat. Sread out 1/2 the Mixture on the Flatbread and roll. Makes 2 wraps.
