Crockpot "lasagna"

Ingredients
5 oz cooked egg noodles8 oz 93% ground beef1 cup pt skim ricotta cheese4 oz part skim shredded mozzarella1 cup spaghetti saucespices of your choice, to taste
Directions
Cook egg noodles about 5 min. Cook ground beef until browned. Add spices to taste. Combine ricotta and mozzarella.
Spoon sauce on bottom of crockpot. Layer scoops of noodles on top to cover, then ground beef and cheese. Continue with layers. End with sauce on top. Cook on HIGH 4hrs. Makes 6 1c servings.
