1 Cup Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1C Onion diced1C Carrots diced1C Celery diced1C Yellow Squash diced1C Zuchinni Squash diced1C Mexican Squash diced 1C Frozed Mixed Veg1 14.5 can Diced Tomatoes1 pinch of pepper (Salt optional)
Directions
Heat 4 C water and 4 Beef Boullion cubes in a large stock pot on medium heat .
Add in:
1C Onion diced
1C Carrots diced
1C Celery diced
Bring to a boil and let them cook until they begin to get soft, add in 1 C Potato diced, continue to cook for about 20 mins.
Then add in:
1C Yellow Squash diced
1C Zuchinni Squash diced
1C Mexican Squash diced
1C Frozed Mixed Veg
1 14.5 can Diced Tomatoes
1 pinch of pepper (Salt optional)

Let all the veggies cook til tender.

Makes 10 Cups of Soup. One cup is a serving for 64.3 calories.
