Weelicious Maple Pork Tenderloin

1 lb pork tenderloin1/4 c maple syrup1/4 c apple cider2 garlic cloves, minced2 tbsp grey poupon dijon mustard2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt
place all marinade ingredients into a gallon zipper bag or a pyrex dish and shake or whisk to combine
add the pork tenderloin, coating with marinade
marinade the pork in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours
preheat oven to 400 degrees
place the pork on a foil-lined sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 140 degrees on a meat thermometer (you could also grill the pork for a total of 14-18 minutes)
let meat rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing
serves 4
