WW Cheese Grits

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry corn grits1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and slowly whisk in grits. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes. Sirt in 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cook until milk is absorbed. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup milk and cook, stirring occasionally until milk is absorbed. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir in and serve immediately. About 1/2 cup per serving.
