cilantro,olive oil, garlic, lime juice, parmesan, pumpkin seeds
1)Wash and dry cilantro.
2)Toast Pumpkin seeds for 3 minutes in dry, medium high frying pan
3)Add all ingredients except oil into food processor or blender and coarsely chop
4)Slowly add oil while pulsing food processor until desired consistancy
5)Add to pasta or use as spread for sandwiches or dip
Will keep in fridge for one week
