Beef and Rice Pie

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 box uncle ben's long grain and wild rice6 slices of american cheese1 can low fat crescent rolls
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Prepare rice according to the box (omit butter.) Mix the can of soup, the rice and ground beef together. In a 9 x 12 baking dish, put half of the mixture down in the dish. Place cheese slices on top of this half. Put the other half of the mixture on top. Unroll the can of crescent rolls across the top. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min. Serves 6. Cut into squares.
