5 Grain Hot Cereal, Cranberries (Dried), 1% Milk, Pumpkin Seeds, Ground Flaxseed
Add 5 grain cereal to milk in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantky, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in additional ingrediants. If using apple, you may want to add this in the last minute of cooking to soften the apple.
