Sweet Chili Chicken

2 Chicken breasts, no skin1/2 yellow pepper1/2 red pepper1 1/2 cup of snap peas4 tbsp honey5 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil1/4 cup red onion
cut peppers and onion into rings then cut each ring in 3
cut off ends of peas, but leave whole
Place peppers, peas, onions, chili sauce and honey in small sauce pan and stir ingredients together
place olive oil in pre heated pan
once oil is heated, brown chicken in pan until no longer pink in center
after chicken is browned boil sauce on high for about 2-3 minutes stir often remove from heat before peas wilt.
Pour sauce over chic.ken breast and serve
