Vegan Seven-Layer Salad

1 romaine heart, cleaned and chopped2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved1 red bell pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 cup frozen peas, thawed1 tbsp canola oil1 package meatless Smart Bacon, chopped1 jar Nasoya Nayonaise Sandwich Spread1 tbsp curry powderBlack pepper, to tasteSeveral dashes paprika
Warm the canola oil in a medium frying pan and fry the Smart Bacon, turning occasionally, until slightly crispy. Drain.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Nayonaise with the curry powder and black pepper.
In a large glass bowl with a flat bottom, layer the lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, peas and Smart Bacon in whatever order you desire. Top with the Nayonaise dressing, making sure to cover completely. Sprinkle the paprika over the top. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
