1 can cream celery soup - 98% fat-free1 can cream mushroom soup - 98% fat-free1 box Birds Eye frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots) 1/4 c low fat shredded cheese2 cups skim milk
Cook vegetables as directed. Add soups, milk, and cheese. Heat til hot, and serve. Enjoy. The soup thickens as it cools down.
