Cola Chicken

Ingredients
--2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (I have used Boneless, skinless Chicken thighs as well which is just as wonderful)--1C ketchup--1 can Diet cola
Directions
Add all ingredients to large, deep fry pan. Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer. Simmer for 40 minutes. Then turn back up to boil till sauce thickens (about an additional 30 mins but keep your eye on it).

This makes 4 servings (8 oz of chicken and some sauce)
