Slow cooker Rosemary Chicken stew

Ingredients
4 bone in chicken breast, skin removed1 yellow onion, chopped1lb halved new potatoes1 head garlic2 bay leaves1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped1/4 c lemon juice1/2 c chicken broth1 tbsp chopped parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into the slow cooker, chicken on top. Cook 6-7 hrs on low unti chicken falls off the bone.

Remove chicken and when cool enough remove from the bone, shred and return to the slow cooker.
